Transition to ParentPay
We’re pleased to announce that we are in the final stages of moving to ParentPay for all school payments. We thank you for your cooperation and patience over the recent transitions due to the ceasing of trading of sQuid.
Starting Tuesday, 11th March 2025, all payments will be made through ParentPay. You will access payments in the same way as you are now, via the ReachMoreParents by Weduc app.
In preparation for this change, you may notice that trips and payment items are no longer available on sQuid—this is because we are transferring them to ParentPay. From 11th March, all trips and payments will be accessible through ParentPay, and any payments you’ve already made for trips, will be reflected in your new account.
Important Information about Dinner Money
We recommend adding only essential funds to your sQuid account between now and 11th March (e.g. £3 per day)
Since sQuid is ceasing trading, they cannot transfer funds to ParentPay.
If you have a remaining balance on 11th March, you should withdraw your remaining sQuid balance via the app by selecting ‘Withdraw Balance.’
Ensure your child has enough funds in their sQuid account to cover meals until 11th March. After this, you will need to top up your new ParentPay account via the app.
Please be assured that your child will still be served lunch in the canteen over the course of the changeover (11th and 12th March).
We will provide further guidance on using ParentPay soon. Thank you for your cooperation during this transition!
