Please note that while these overarching policies govern the Trust as a whole, each individual school maintains its own school-specific policies tailored to its unique context. You can view these local policies directly on the respective school websites.
Our Pathway Trust policies are organised into three primary categories:
Operational and Governance: Overarching guidelines covering trust management, data protection, health and safety, and financial oversight.
Pupil and Parent: Key policies directly impacting student well-being, attendance, admissions, behavior, and family support.
Staff: Core policies, standards, and professional guidance for all employees across the Trust.
The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 set out how organisations must collect, use, store and protect personal information. These laws strengthen individuals' rights and ensure that personal data is handled fairly, lawfully and securely.
Priory Community School is part of Pathway Trust, a multi-academy trust. Pathway Trust is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our pupils, parents, carers, staff and visitors. We collect and process personal information to support the education, welfare and safeguarding of our pupils, and to meet our legal obligations.
Pathway Trust is the Data Controller for Priory Community School and is responsible for ensuring that personal data is processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
